How much mulch do I need?

Can Haulstr deliver bags?
Haulstr delivers mulch in bulk (by the cubic yard) directly to your home, allowing you to avoid the hassle of picking up and lugging around awkward bags of mulch. Our locally-sourced bulk mulch is a better value for our customers, and also better for our environment.
Can you dump the mulch where I need it?
When you order, you will be asked to specify where you want the mulch delivered. Please provide as much detail as possible. Consider marking the spot with a cone or other indicator. Note that mulch is delivered on a 12” trailer. If you have a steep driveway, tight spaces, or live on a very busy road, please read through specifics in our customer terms and conditions.
Will you remind me when my order is arriving?
Life is busy…we get it! Haulstr will send email and text notifications as your delivery date nears. On the day of your order, you’ll be notified when your driver is on the way.
What happens if it rains?
Haulstr will deliver mulch as scheduled during light to moderate rain unless you reschedule. In heavy rain or thunderstorms, it may not be possible to deliver mulch. Haulstr will notify you via email and/or text to reschedule your delivery.

Who will be delivering my mulch?
Our trusted drivers—our Haulstars—will be delivering your order. Haulstr works hard to recruit first responders and veterans to deliver your order.
When can I schedule my delivery?
When scheduling your order, you will see all available delivery times. Things get pretty busy when the weather gets nice, so reserve your preferred date early. Many times, you’ll be able to get same day mulch delivery. However during peak season, it’s possible we may require advanced notice. Delivery is typically not available on Sundays.
Can I reschedule or update my order?
Of course! Contact us if you need to reschedule, and we will take care of you. Please reschedule 24 hours in advance of your delivery date.
Can you deliver to my address?
Haulstr delivers in Indianapolis and many of the surrounding counties. We will also launch delivery in Nashville, Pittsburgh, and Oklahoma City metro areas in the spring of ’21. To confirm we deliver to you, simply start an order. After you choose a cause, you can enter your address to confirm. If you’re outside our area, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer any type of delivery other than mulch?
In many of our markets, we offer soil, compost, and even gravel. As you begin your order, we’ll ask for your address. After entering your address, you can see all products and pricing for your area. If you have a special request or don’t see what you want, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help!
